MONSTER - Minnesota prOteiN Sequence annotaTion sErveR

MONSTER is a web-based server that provides a set of services for annotating residues with functional and structural properties from sequence information only. The structural and functional annotations that are currently provided are secondary structure, transmembrane helices, disorder regions, solver accessible surface area, DNA binding residues, contact order, and protein blocks.
The MONSTER web-server is hosted by our lab's computational cluster.
