HMETIS_PartRecursive parameters

Hi All,

For HMETIS_PartRecursive function I can use seed option[7]
but if i use the hmetis exe (version 1.5.3), I don't find
any informations about a seed option in the manual.
In this manual you specified hmetis exe corresponds to a routine
HMETIS_PartRecursive.
