What is the largest ever known matrix that Metis can process and what about the efficiency?

I'm trying to find a proper tool to reorder a relatively huge matrix recently, and may I know what is the largest ever know matrix that MeTiS or ParMeTiS processed before, and what about its efficiency? Many thanks for advices!

I used it to reorder a sparse matrix of dimension 700M. It is slow probably because the matrix itself is too large.
