vcluster command not found

Hello,
I have been using cluto-2.1.1 on command line without any problem in Windows. However when I try to run the same on the Linux OS (RedHat), it shows me the error "vcluster command not found". Is there some specific installation that needs to be done ? Am I missing something ?
