runnig on windows

Hi all,

I have a program that work good on linux fedora platform but after successfully compilation on windows vista with VS2008,
when I runnig my program I get error while calling hMetis function and my project crash or when I used older library I got "out of boundary" error !!!

can any one help me please ?
