Finding Edge cut separators

HI Everyone
I used pmetis.exe on Windows platform with specified file formats and it gives the output also.
But i further need to know the Edge cut information i.e. all the set of edges(u,v) such that u belongs to one partition and v belongs to a different parition and obviously the edge (u,v) exists in the original graph.

Please give some suggestions regarding it. I tried to check the previous blong entries but there is no such problem.
