Matrix file to be clusterd (file.mat) does not exist!

I used vcluster to cluster a smaller file, and it all worked out OK. Now I have a huge matrix file to cluster, the program reported the following error:
Matrix file to be clusterd (file.mat) does not exist!

I am sure the file is there. Does the program have a limit on the file size?
