URGENT: start

Hi all
i need to use cluto for clustering a transactional dataset with binary categorical attributes but even if i have tried to download it in .zip and .tar (i have microsoft windows) when i start with vcluster.exe nothing happened but a flash on the monitor and then nothing more... It doesn't start. What can i do?
