Problem with visualizations

Dear Sir,
I am a PhD student and intend to use CLUTO in my research. I tried vcluster with several options - just like the manual, with demo files but I didn't get any sucess with Visualization, even after changing the output to GIF format. Probably I am doing something wrong. Thank you for your help.

I forgot to say that I used the Postscript format and the Ghostview without any problems. The problem is with GIF format.

The gif output is somewhat buggy. My suggestion is to get a bitmap out of the postscript output.
