is there a way to get the partitioning nodes

Dear all,

First of all, as a newbie, thanks for developing this nice software and making it available to researchers.

Is there a way to get the nodes from the mesh to get the partitioning nodes? More specifically, say for a plate that is divided into 4
partitions, is there way to retrieve the nodes on the partitioning borders?
