METIS PartGraphRecursive vs. METIS PartGraphKway

Hi everyone!

Fist of all, thank you for developing this amazing tool!! I have just a very simple question. In version metis-4.0.3's manual, in the section where the METIS_PartGraphKway function is discussed, it's said:

"Note
This function should be used to partition a graph into a large number of partitions (greater than 8). If a small
number of partitions is desired, the METIS_PartGraphRecursive should be used instead, as it produces some-
what better partitions."

Can this note be applied between the functions METIS_PartGraphRecursive and METIS_PartGraphKway in metis-5.0.2 ?
