Our research thus far has resulted in the development of two major software tools that have been made available to the community in the form of web-accessible servers. The first is wCLUTO, a gene-expression data clustering and cluster visualization server. The second is YASSPP, a protein secondary structure prediction server.

In addition, some of our other data-mining and graph-partitioning software tools have been used by us as well as various other research groups to analyze biological datasets.
